I’m based in Co. Longford, Ireland. My work is 100% remote, and I’m available to work with clients worldwide.
I work with a mix of ongoing clients and fresh projects, and I always keep space open each month. If you have deadlines or specific timing needs, just mention them in the enquiry form. I'll confirm my availability and turnaround time in my proposal. And if I’m booked, I’ll gladly point you to someone on my trusted referral list.
I know how busy running a business is without adding something else to your to-do list. With that in mind, I like to keep things as simple as possible.

2. I’ll prepare a tailored proposal and price guide.
3. We’ll have a quick intro call if everything fits your needs and budget.
4. If it’s a yes from both sides, we handle the admin and create a custom project action plan.
5. Project kick-off!
Unlike traditional Copywriters, I charge on a project basis rather than per word or hour. This prevents any confusion or price surprises. I custom price all projects based on the scope, and you’ll receive a detailed quote before working together.
Bank transfer, please 😊 For most projects, I ask for 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. I also offer a 14-day credit term and can arrange flexible payment plans or instalments depending on the project. If you have any questions or need alternative arrangements, just let me know—I’m here to help!
I get it—time is valuable. For most projects, I ask for:
- A brief intro/kick-off call,
- Completion of a brand discovery questionnaire,
- Sharing of project briefs and any relevant resources,
- An initial review and feedback round (with a second round if needed).
For brand voice strategy or larger projects, I may need more of your time. But I promise it will be worth it! 😊
